2. Service Description
Mysave provides cloud storage services for photos and media files with the following features:
- Lifetime storage guarantee with one-time payment
- Military-grade encryption and security
- AI-powered sharing suggestions
- Bill sharing capabilities
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Payment Terms
Our pricing structure is as follows:
- ₹1 per photo or ₹100 per GB for lifetime storage
- One-time payment model - no recurring fees
- Payments processed securely through Razorpay
- All prices include applicable taxes
5. Lifetime Storage Guarantee
We guarantee to store your data for your lifetime, subject to:
- Compliance with our terms of service
- Account remaining in good standing
- No illegal or prohibited content
- Regular account activity (login at least once every 2 years)
6. Content Guidelines
You agree not to upload content that:
- Violates any laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains malware or harmful code
- Is abusive, harassing, or offensive
7. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mysave's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to download your data before permanent deletion.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notifications.
11. Governing Law
