2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with our service, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund request must be made within 30 days of payment
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • Data uploaded during the trial period will be permanently deleted upon refund
  • No refunds for purchases made after the 30-day period

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • Service Issues: If we cannot provide the promised service within 30 days
  • Technical Problems: Persistent technical issues preventing service usage
  • Duplicate Payments: Accidental multiple payments for the same service
  • Unauthorized Transactions: Payments made without your authorization

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be processed in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 30 days from purchase date

  • Razorpay/UPI: 3-5 business days
  • Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Debit Cards: 7-10 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:

  • If you've used a significant portion of your storage allocation
  • For account downgrades within the 30-day period
  • Service disruptions affecting a portion of your usage period

7. Cancellation Policy

Since Mysave offers lifetime storage with one-time payment:

  • There are no recurring subscriptions to cancel
  • Your account remains active for life after payment
  • You can request account deletion at any time
  • Data deletion is permanent and cannot be recovered

8. Free Trial Period

During our promotional "Free for 6 months" period:

  • No payment is required during the trial
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial without charges
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after trial ends
  • Payment is required only to continue service after trial

9. Dispute Resolution

If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision:

  • Contact our customer support for escalation
  • We'll review your case with our senior team
  • Final decisions will be communicated within 7 business days

10. Payment Gateway Refunds

All refunds are processed through Razorpay, our secure payment partner. Processing times may vary based on your bank and payment method.

11. Tax Implications

Any applicable taxes paid during the original transaction will also be refunded. You may need to adjust your tax filings accordingly.
